  Appalling. I was misinformed on several matters, and charged for a filling that fell out. Complained and was ignored. Ended up paying to go to another emergency dentist. My new dental practice has found 'significant decay' on a tooth mydentist missed a couple of months before, and now I will probably lose it. On their website it ranks them well on an 'small survey'. Don't know who they asked, as I was certainly not asked to participate. Overall, an awful and painful experience. I will be avoiding this practice and franchise in future. Was really not helpful when I was really quite ill, caused a lot more problems than it solved. Not impressed in any way, apart from the receptionist who was nice.

  Friendly and competent staff but both my appointments were running late, I had to wait up to 45 minutes to be seen.

  Was recommended this dentist by a friend. Turned up to register to find they do not have step free/disabled access. Can't comment on the dental practice itself but I will not be registering if I can't even attend an appointment!

  Two times had to wait over 45 minutes, one time i was 8 minutes late because of work and traffic and they refused to see me. They said they had put me as a no show on the computer and there was nothing they could do about it and i couldn't be seen...........
